Florian Leiss is a spatial biology entrepreneur and strategist at the intersection of life science technology and biopharma translation. He currently serves as CEO of Revolune, a Munich-based start-up focused on simplifying reagent solutions for tissue multiplexing, while also leading biopharma and clinical business development at ZEISS Microscopy.

With over a decade of experience spanning spatial biology, digital pathology, tissue diagnostics, and immuno-oncology, Florian has held senior roles at ZEISS, Ultivue, AstraZeneca, and Definiens. He played a key role in building ZEISS's spatial biology team and portfolio, with a focus on workflow solutions for multiplexed immunofluorescence (mIF) in biopharma settings.

Holding dual PhDs in Biology and Philosophy, Florian brings a unique perspective to spatial biology — bridging scientific complexity with a drive for clarity and practical, scalable solutions.
