Multi-Omics 2026 has secured discounted accommodation at the following hotels which are close to BCEC, to provide delegates with a range of convenient and affordable options. These rates are exclusive to conference delegates. To book rooms at the below rates, please register for the conference online and select your desired hotel within the options available for your chosen dates.

We recommend that delegates book accommodation early to avoid disappointment, via the Registration Portal.

All rates are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of all taxes and charges. Full pre-payment is required 45 days prior to check-in.

Accommodation Cancellations and Changes

Accommodation booked as part of the conference registration process can be cancelled in full with no penalty, as long as your request to cancel is made by Sunday 25 October 2026. All cancellations must be made in writing directly to ASN Events.

Within 30 days of the conference, all rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the full rate for all room nights cancelled.

FAQ’s

  • Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for this event, such as Business Travel Management (BTM), may contact you requesting credit card details. They are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers.

    Multi-Omics 2026 Conference Organisers (ASN Events) and our partner hotels will NEVER send emails or place telephone calls to individuals in order to promote specific accommodations. If you receive emails or telephone calls regarding Multi-Omics 2026 hotel accommodations, please disregard and do not engage with the sender. Our partner hotels will not contact you for any credit card information relating to your reservation via phone calls or email. If credit card authorisation is being requested, the request will only be made directly from our partner hotels. 

    1. If you have given out your credit card information to BTM or anyone who called you about booking hotel rooms for Multi-Omics 2026 call your credit card company immediately, alert them to the scam, and deny the charge.

    2. Change your online passwords and PINs to prevent fraudsters from doing any further damage.

    3. Continue to monitor your credit card to look for fraudulent charges. Request further information from your credit card company regarding closing your account or issuing a new card.

    4. Book your rooms only through the official accommodation booking link via this website.

  • The Conference Organisers (the Conference Committee and ASN Events) accept no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond their reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. 

    If the Conference Organisers elect to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference.  

    If the Conference Organisers elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The conference will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel. 

  • Payment: Full payment is required 45 days prior to the start of the conference (25 October 2026)

    Cancellation terms and conditions: Free cancellation before 25 October 2026. If cancelled from 26 October 2026 onwards, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable. From 3:00 PM on arrival day or in the event of a no show, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.
