Carlo B. Bifulco, MD, is Chief Medical Officer of Providence Genomics and Medical Director of Molecular Genomics and Precision Oncology at Providence Cancer Institute. Board-certified in Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology, with fellowships at Memorial Sloan Kettering (Molecular Genetic Pathology) and Yale (Hematopathology), he leads initiatives integrating AI and digital pathology into precision oncology. His work includes co-development of Prov-GigaPath (Nature 2024) and GigaTIME (Cell 2025), large-scale foundation models for computational pathology. He chairs the SITC Pathology Taskforce and has authored over 100 publications.
